Be True To Yourself
As a coach I have spent the last 12 years leading and guiding my clients to keep focused on moving forward and being their best self.
Now since COVID-19 I have found it difficult to lead people into an unknown future, to be positive and to focus on the good.
I would write blogs and post positive quotes regularly but then this became a block. How could I write in this way when I didn’t feel this way myself?

Since the Covid Breakout our lives have changed in such a short time, we are seeing a world that we have never seen before.
We are also learning along the way.
We are learning how to adapt and cope on a daily basis, we are learning the importance of hygiene across the world, how to be appreciative of others and how to help and be there for those most vulnerable.
Common blocks that could be holding you back
Do you feel stuck? Are you unsure of which direction you should take? Do you feel a little lost? If so, it could be due to internal blocks. Often we can unconsciously create patterns and beliefs in our mind that are not working for us and this can result in a belief that this is who we are and that we cannot change.

How would you like to earn money from doing something you love? If you love your job then that is great news. However, if you dread getting up every morning and long for the weekends then it’s time you did something about it.

The start of a new year is a good time to look deeper, to examine your life and see what needs to change. This is why we tend to make New Years Resolutions, which often we don’t keep to. This is probably due to them being a ‘should’ rather than a ‘Want’.
