The earlier part of my life was devoted to raising my three wonderful children, of whom I am incredibly proud. Afterward, I returned to work in Human Resources, where I had the pleasure of coaching and mentoring many employees. This experience brought me immense joy and fulfillment.

In order to fulfill my passion for helping others, I decided that Life Coaching was my future and I am now a qualified Personal & Professional Life Coach. This was followed by a study of NLP and I am now a qualified Master Practitioner of NLP.

We all lead busy, hectic lives and seldom have the time to focus on ourselves and our needs. I offer you the opportunity to do just that. If you are struggling, feeling stuck, or lacking direction, my coaching methods are here to help you find your way.
