What is NLP and how can it help you?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming

  • Neuro - The brain and how we use our mind;
  • Linguistic - The Language and how we use it;
  • Programming - Our behaviour and repeated patterns.

NLP is an understanding of how we communicate to ourselves and others. It was originally developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970's. It explores the mental and cognitive processes behind our behaviour. Quite often we sabotage ourselves with negative beliefs and limiting decisions. NLP is a study into how we are able to control our behaviour and habits by our thought patterns, it is an instruction manual for the brain.

By eliminating negative thoughts and patterns you will be able to take back control of your life and achieve your desired goals. NLP Techniques are fast and safe and many can become your own tools to use in the future as and when you need them.
